Stop guessing when your orders will be done.

Atempa looks at your real workload — your hours, the time each product takes and the queue you already have — and works out the date you can actually deliver each order. Before you promise it.

The problem

Your business grows. So does the chaos.

Orders scattered across WhatsApp, a spreadsheet, a notebook and your memory.

Dates promised by eye, with no idea whether you will actually make them.

A rush job comes in and everything behind it falls out of order.

Deposits and partial payments you keep losing track of.

The solution

How does Atempa know when each order will be done?

It runs the same calculation you do in your head today, but with the full data and kept up to date on every change.

01

It knows your hours

You set your working week: full days, half days, days off and one-off exceptions.

02

It knows each job's time

Every product stores its standard time. A table, 12 h. A ring, 4 h. A cake, 8 h.

03

It looks at your queue

Every active order, in priority order, with its remaining hours.

04

It computes the real date

It crosses the three and gives you the estimated completion date of every order.

The flagship feature

Before you promise a date, know whether you can keep it.

When you add an order, Atempa shows both dates side by side: the one you tell the client and the one that comes out of your real capacity. If the estimate lands after the promise, you see it right then — not the week you were supposed to deliver.

It recalculates itself when you change priorities or your hours.
It flags in red the orders that don't make it today.

Rush-job simulation

What happens if I take this rush job?

Simulate the rush job before you say yes. Atempa drops it into the queue and shows you exactly which other orders slip and by how many days.

Try it: add the rush job and watch the dates move.

The full flow

The whole order, from enquiry to hand-off.

1
Enquiry
The client asks about a job.

3

4
Date computed
Atempa estimates the real delivery.
5
Work
You progress and deduct hours.
6
Payment
Deposit, partials and balance.
7

Hours available per day, half days, days off and exceptions. See which days are full.

Clients

Details, past orders, notes and history. All attached to the order.

Products / SKU

Save your regular jobs with their standard time. Creating an order already knows its weight.

Quotes with a link

Build the quote, share it by link and keep it tied to the order.

Payments & balances

Deposits, partial payments and outstanding balance. In multiple currencies, tracked per currency.

Before and after

It's not that spreadsheets are wrong.

It's that they don't know how many hours you have free next week. Atempa does.

WhatsApp + spreadsheet + calendar + memory
Each piece of data lives somewhere else and none of them talk.
You work out the delivery date by eye, every time.
A rush job forces you to redo the math for everything.
Atempa
Client, quote, hours, date and payment live in the same order.
The estimated date computes itself and updates on every change.
A rush job is simulated in one click, with the impact in view.

Who it's for

Built for businesses that work made-to-order.

It's not an ERP. It's not a CRM. It's one specific thing: knowing when you'll deliver.

FAQ

What most people ask first.

Is it really free?

Yes, during Early Access. There will be paid plans later, and the first users — Founding Members — will get preferential terms.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Atempa runs in the browser, on desktop and phone. There is no app to download.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. The interface is built for the phone as well as the desktop, with its own navigation for small screens.

Is my data in the cloud?

Yes. It is stored in your account and synced across your devices. Sign out on one machine and pick up on another.

Does it work for my trade?

If you work made-to-order and can estimate how many hours each job takes, yes. It is used by woodworkers, jewelers, cake makers, seamstresses, ceramicists, leatherworkers and 3D-printing shops.

Can I use multiple currencies?

Yes. Each order and each payment carries its own currency, and the outstanding balance is tracked per currency, without conversion.

What happens after Early Access?

We tell you before anything changes. Nothing flips to paid overnight, and Founding Members keep their terms.

Do my clients have to sign up?

No. The quote opens from a link, with no account and no install.
